AmaresInitialValues[fid,time,{gyro,dw},basis,matrix]
makes a guess for the initial fit values to initialize AmaresFitFidI. The time, basis and gyro can be obtained from AmaresBasis and the matrix can be obtained form EditMaresMatrix.
AmaresInitialValues[fid,time,{gyro,dw},basis,matrix,plot]
also exports the calibration plots if plot is set to True.
