DixonToPercent

DixonToPercent[water,fat]

converts the dixon water and fat data to percent maps. Output is {waterFraction, fatFraction}. The values of water and fat are arbitraty units and the ouput fractions are between 0 and 1.

DixonToPercent[]

is based on DOI: 10.1002/mrm.21301.
