SigmaCalc[dti,grad,bvec]

calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual,using a blur factor of 10.

SigmaCalc[dti,tens,grad,bvec]

calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual, using a blur factor of 10.

SigmaCalc[dti,grad,bvec,blur]

calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual,If blur is 1 ther is no blurring.

SigmaCalc[dti,tens,grad,bvec,blur]

calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual. If blur is 1 ther is no blurring.

Details

  • The following options can be given:
  • FilterShape"Median"FilterShape is an option for SigmaCalc. Can be "Gaussian" of "Median".
