TensorCorrect
TensorCorrect[tensor,phase,shift,vox]
corrects the tensor based on B0 field map. Can perform both translation and rotation of tensor.
Details
- The following options can be given:

RotationCorrect False RotationCorrect is an option for TensorCorrect. Default is False. Is a tensor is deformed setting to True also the shear is accounted for by local rotation of the tensor.
